TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on November 1, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CONSERVATION
COMMISSION FOR THE TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
An Ordinance Amending an Ordinance Entitled Ordinance Establishing the Conservation Commission for the Town of East Windsor as adopted at a Special Meeting May 23, 1972 and as amended October 31, 1973, October 14, 1976 and December 16, 1986.
DELETE: the sentence The Selectmen may remove any member for cause and may fill any vacancy, INSERT: In accordance with Sec. 7-131a, the Chief Executive Officer may remove any member or alternate for cause and may fill any vacancy.
