TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on November 26, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING
The Adoption Of Fees For Zoning Permits
1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8-1 c of the Connecticut \

General Statutes the following schedule of fees for a zoning permit to be paid at the time of submittal of the application to the Zoning Enforcement Officer:
B. EXCAVATION/FILL OPERATIONS
Ten Dollars ($10) per 1000 cubic yards of fill or excavation material for all special permits for fill or excavation in accordance with Section 12 of the zoning regulations. This fee shall be paid to the zoning enforcement officer prior to the issuance of a zoning permit for each phase.
C. All fees charged pursuant to this ordinance are non-refundable and shall be TRIPLED for any application applied for after work has started on a project unless such work was previously authorized by a properly issued zoning permit.
D. The Board of Selectmen is hereby empowered and authorized to

establish reasonable fees for the processing of applications by the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Wetlands Commission, and to amend or change any and all existing fees adopted by Ordinance or Regulation. Such schedules and amended fees shall supercede any specific fees set forth in the General Statutes, existing ordinance or existing regulations of the agencies in question pursuant to the powers granted to the Town under Section 8-1c of the Connecticut General Statutes.
