TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on March 29, 1989. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
ORDINANCE CONCERNING THE ADOPTION OF A SCHEDULE OF FEES
FOR BUILDING PERMITS ISSUED BY THE
TOWN OF EAST WINDSORS BUILDING DEPARTMENT
Pursuant to the provisions of the Building Code for the State of Connecticut, adopted pursuant to 29-252 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Town of East Windsor hereby increases the Building Permit base rate fee from $7.00 per $1,000 of proposed construction to $10.00 per $1,000 of proposed construction for Building Permits issued by the Town of East Windsor. This fee shall be paid to the Building Department upon approval of Building Permit Application.
