TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR

The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on December 16, 1986.  Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.

ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ENTITLED
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE CONSERVATION
COMMISSION FOR THE TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR


BE IT ORDAINED, that the Board of Selectmen shall appoint not more than three (3) alternate members who when seated shall have all the powers and duties of a member of the Commission.  The initial terms of the three (3) alternates shall be two (2) years for two (2) members and one (1) year for one (1) member.  Thereafter, each new alternate shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years.  The Selectmen may remove any member for cause and fill any vacancy.
In all other respects, the Ordinance adopted May 23, 1972, and amended October 14, 1976, is ratified and confirmed.
