TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
NOTICE
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting, duly warned and held on June 1, 1977:
BE IT ORDAINED:
That the action of the Town Meeting of September 3, 1935, allowing the sale of alcoholic liquor on Sundays in restaurants, hotels and clubs is amended as follows:
The sale on Sundays, of any alcoholic beverages at an event
sponsored by bona fide non-commercial organizations from East Windsor which requests a temporary permit under Section 30-25 of the Connecticut General Statutes, is allowed.
The foregoing ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the publication thereof.
