NOTICE
TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on February 13, 1974.
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING DATE THE TERM OF OFFICE SHALL BEGIN
FOR SELECTMEN AND THE TAX COLLECTOR
BE IT ORDAINED: Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9-187a of the Connecticut General Statutes, the term of office for the Selectmen and the Tax Collector for the Town of East Windsor shall be for two years from the first Monday of January next succeeding their election. The term of office for the incumbent Selectmen and Tax Collector is extended until the first Monday of January following the Town election.
The foregoing Ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days after publication thereof.
