Town of East Windsor
The following amendment to Ordinance Concerning the Licensing and Regulation of Hawkers and Peddlers was adopted in special town meeting, duly warned and held October 4, 1973 and shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof:
BE IT ORDAINED: That the ordinance concerning licensing and regulation of hawkers and peddlers, amended at a Special Town Meeting, dated April 3, 1956, is hereby further amended by deleting from Section Two the reference to the Town Clerk and replacing this reference to that of the Police Chief of the Town of East Windsor.
In all other respects the ordinance entitled “Ordinance Concerning the Licensing and Regulations of Hawkers and Peddlers” is hereby ratified and confirmed.
