TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on May 15, 2003.
“ Ordinance Concerning the Adoption of Fees for Zoning Permits”
BE IT ORDAINED by the legislative body of the Town of East Windsor that, pursuant to the authority vested in Section 8-1c of the Connecticut General Statutes, as amended, the following schedule of fees for the processing of land use applications by the Planning & Development is adopted:
Ordinance 90-12 is repealed, and this Ordinance is substituted in lieu thereof.

Residential Permits
New Single Family Houses $100.00
New Two Family Houses $150.00
New Multi Family Dwellings $150.00
Conversions $100.00
Additions $50.00
Accessory Structures $25.00
Excavation & Fill $10.00/1000 cubic yards
Site Work $25.00
Commercial Permits
New Building $150.00 + $.02/ sq. ft.
Building Addition $100.00 + $.02/ sq. ft.
Accessory Structures $100.00
Change in Use (No Site Plan) $25.00
Change in Use (Site Plan) $50.00
Signs $20.00 + $1.00/sq. ft.
Temporary Signs $20.00
Excavation & Fill $10.00/1000 cubic yards
Site Work $50.00
Fees do not include $10.00 state fee
Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from publication thereof.
