Ordinance Regarding Justices Of The Peace

TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR

The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on March 14, 1996.  Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.

ORDINANCE REGARDING JUSTICES OF THE PEACE

BE IT ORDAINED: Pursuant to the authority granted by Connecticut General Statutes Section 9-183a, the number of Justices of the Peace shall be limited to seventy-five (75).
