TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on September 6, 1995. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING ALTERNATES
TO THE BOARD OF FINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED: Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-340a of the Connecticut General Statutes, there shall be two alternate members to the Board of Finance. Two alternates will be appointed by the Board of Finance to serve a term of office until the Town election of November, 1997. At said Town election and at each Town election every fourth year thereafter, two alternates will be elected who shall hold office for terms of four years. The appointments and elections shall be subject to Sec. 9-167 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
