TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting duly warned and held on March 7, 1990. Said ordinance shall become effective fifteen (15) days from the publication thereof.
AMENDMENT TOORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
ENTITLED ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF PUBLIC
AND PRIVATE SEWERS AND DRAINS, PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL
THE INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWERS, AND
THE DISCHARGE OF WATERS AND WASTES INTO THE PUBLIC SEWER
SYSTEM: AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS THEREOF.
The first line which reads:
Pursuant to the ordinance as adopted August 20, 1969 and as amended and revised June 16, 1982 the following is hereby amended to add the following:
Should be changed to read:
