TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR
ORDINANCE
CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION
FOR SOLAR ENERGY HEATING OR COOLING
The following ordinance was adopted at a Special Town Meeting, duly warned and held on June 29, 1977:
BE IT ORDAINED: That the Town of East Windsor hereby authorized the property tax exemption for solar energy heating or cooling systems as set forth in Section 12-81 (56) (a) (b) (c) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
This Ordinance is effective upon passage.
