Ordinance Establishing Penalties For Loitering In Public Places

NOTICE
TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR

The following ordinance was adopted in special town meeting, duly warned and held July 1, 1969 and shall become effective fifteen (15) days after the publication thereof.

ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR
LOITERING IN PUBLIC PLACES IN THE
TOWN OF EAST WINDSOR

No person shall congregate with other on sidewalk, street corner, or within parks or public grounds, with intent to provoke breach of peace; or whereby breach of peace may be occasioned by serious annoyance to pedestrians or by threatening, insulting or abusive conduct to them; or refuse to move on when ordered by police officer.

Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be fined not more than $100.00.
